Liquid Control M5 Meter
This liquid control flow meter’s rotary motion positive displacement in combination with a veeder root mechanical register without internal pulsers is a highly durable, precision mechanical meter registered designed and manufactured for various types of liquid delivery and inventory processes.
Liquid controls M5 meters offer exceptional accuracy providing measurements. The liquid control flow meter includes a housing with three synchronized rotors that do not feature metal-on-metal contact. An immobile boundary of liquid provides hydraulic sealing without the need for mechanical parts that provide a wiping action.
The LC M5 meter has a 150 psi/10.5 BAR rating and a 40 GPM capacity. It features left to right flow, 1-1/2″ flange size, and Viton O-rings. Pump pressure or gravity flow may be used to achieve low-pressure drop.
Due to no metal-on-metal surface contact, there is no wear, ensuring sustained accuracy of measurements (with little diminishing of the accuracy over time), fewer required calibrations, and an extended service life. The unit has been remanufactured to factory specifications and checked three times for unequaled quality.
